The Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers is a membership organization. Accredited as a Chapter by the National Children’s Alliance to provide vital services and support for the local children’s advocacy centers and multidisciplinary teams in their respective states. The Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) that comprise the membership of the Nebraska Alliance play a critical role in determining the priorities of the Chapter and are fully engaged in the governing Board of Directors. The Nebraska Alliance supports the development, continuation and enhancement of the CAC model by facilitating statewide networking opportunities for the CACs.
The Nebraska Alliance hosts membership meetings throughout the year to provide opportunities for all CACs to benefit from the successes as well as the challenges of their peers from across the state. The Nebraska Alliance focuses on ways to enhance membership meetings and to help members fully realize the enormous potential that lies in the sharing of ideas, new approaches, past experiences, future plans, etc.
Bridge of Hope CAC
The Bridge of Hope Child Advocacy Center facilitates a child-focused approach to child abuse cases by coordinating investigation and intervention services, bringing together professionals and agencies as a multidisciplinary team. The key components of our Center include forensic interviewing, medical evaluations, advocacy and support, therapeutic intervention coordination, case review and tracking. CAPstone
CAPstone offers a child friendly and family-oriented center for victimized children. Their goals are to reduce the trauma suffered by a child during an investigation; to increase successful prosecution of the child abusers; and to assume a proactive approach to child abuse prevention through education, training, and networking. The Center features state-of-the-art video and audio equipment to ensure quality recording of interviews. First Light CAC
The First Light CAC is a non-profit organization that offers all services to child victims and non-offending family members at no cost. First Light serves victims of physical abuse, sexual assault, witness to a violent crime, placed in a drug endangered environment, and/or are recovered from a kidnapping are interviewed by forensically-trained professionals in a relaxed manner.

BraveBe Child Advocacy Center
BraveBe Child Advocacy Center is a non-profit organization providing a safe, child friendly location for conducting forensic interviews and medical evaluations for abused children in Southeast Nebraska. Through the efforts of their Board of Directors, staff and volunteers, the BraveBe Child Advocacy Center has established itself as an organization that can and does make a difference for children and families in our community. Family Advocacy Network
The Family Advocacy Network (FAN) is a nationally accredited Child Advocacy Center (CAC) located in Kearney, Nebraska. FAN is a comprehensive, victim-focused program that provides a coordinated response to abuse cases by law enforcement, Health and Human Services, county prosecutors and healthcare professionals. FAN provides forensic interviews, medical examinations and referral sources for adults and children. As a Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and an accredited member of the National Children's Alliance, FAN also assists in the coordination of county child abuse investigation teams, identifying system issues, encouraging case review and arranging for or providing requested training for professionals. Faith Regional CAC
The Faith Regional Child Advocacy Center (FRCAC) provides hope and healing to victims of child abuse. FRCAC is a child-focused, community-oriented, not-for-profit hospital-based program in which representatives from many disciplines meet to discuss and make decisions about investigation, treatment and prosecution of child abuse cases. Professionals from child protective services, law enforcement agencies and medical and mental health communities work as a team to investigate and intervene in cases of suspected child abuse. Project Harmony
Project Harmony exists to provide effective, immediate and sensitive support to child abuse victims and their non-offending family members. Medical evaluations, forensic interviews and advocacy services are provided to ensure that each child and family gets the most from those responding to child abuse. A highly child-centered program and facility, Project Harmony has assembled a multidisciplinary team of law enforcement, social services, medical and referral professionals who work together to protect children. This collaborative approach strives to ensure that children are not further victimized by the systems intended to protect them.
